I am not even going to make up an excuse for not posting for such a long time, today’s scripture sums it up so well🙌🏽
We are on our 4th night of #PastaThemeWeek and tonight I thought why not make our old time favorite🤷🏽♀️ who doesn’t love pasta and mince? I mean at some point my husband called it “the lazy people’s go-to meal”😮 shocking right, considering that some households have it on a weekly basis because it is yummy and easy to make💁🏽♀️😊
Back to my recipe – I did not take any pictures when I was making this meal🤦🏽♀️
I fried peppers, added my mince and put in spices (oregano, paprika and barbecue).
Fusilli was prepared according to the instructions on its pack😊, added lots of grated cheese…
I put in tomato and sweet chili sauce to the mince then poured the cooked pasta, mixed it well, after that I dished up💁🏽♀️
